Background
I studied Industrial Design & Technology at Loughborough University and later gained an MA in Transdisciplinary Design. I became Senior Designer for Beverley Wood Design in 2010. We worked on projects such as Chester Cathedral Visitor Shop, Preston Visitor Centre and a large mill conversion.
I founded Pickard Design in 2012 to help businesses and homeowners to transform their spaces. I have worked on interiors ranging from country homes to city hospitality venues. See the Portfolio page for examples of my work.

What I do
My design style is contemporary, characterful and bold. I use clean lines and rich colours, natural materials and luxury detailing. But my skill as an interior designer is to create spaces based on each client’s individual requirements and tastes.
I believe that good interior design improves wellbeing, makes our hearts sing and improves everyday life.
