It’s the design brief!

In this quick video I explain what a design brief is, how I use them for my client projects and how to write one out for your next home design project.

It's super important to set your goals and intentions for your home design project before you get too far into the process. Although it's tempting to start by buying paint swatches, getting wallpaper samples and browsing for furniture, it's best to take a few minutes to write out a design brief.

I do this for all my projects as it's vital to have a document to refer back to throughout the design process - it helps you stay on track and make sure every decision you make is getting you closer to your perfect room.
